§ 19.20. Compensation of clerk of the circuit court.

For his services in connection with any proceedings under the foregoing sections relating to the initiative, referendum and recall, the clerk of the circuit court of the city shall be paid by the city such reasonable fees as are now or may hereafter be provided by law for similar services in other cases.
