§ 31. Vacancies in office of municipal court judge.

Latest version.

Any vacancy in the office of the judge of the municipal court or the assistant judge of the municipal court or of the substitute assistant judge thereof may be filled by election by the city council; and the person or persons thus elected shall serve for the unexpired term of their predecessor and until their successors shall be elected and qualified.
