§ 2-109. Same—Duties.

The assistants to the city attorney shall perform such of the duties of the city attorney as may be delegated to them by the city attorney. They shall have the same authority to represent the city in all matters as the city attorney, and any and all duties imposed by this division or otherwise upon the city attorney may be performed by his assistants.
