§ 2-364. Use and control of jail.

Latest version.

The city jail, local lockup and receiving unit, shall be under the special charge of the Blue Ridge Regional Jail Authority, and shall be used only as prescribed by the laws of the state, and for such purposes punishment as may be prescribed by council by ordinance.
