§ 36.1-5. Businesses located in both an enterprise zone and a technology zone.

Some businesses may be located in one of the city's enterprise zones and the technology zone. A qualified business that is located in both an enterprise zone and the technology zone can utilize either enterprise zone incentives or technology zone incentives, but not both.
