§ 36-126.26. Wholesale merchants—Rate.

Every person engaged in the business of a wholesale merchant or wholesale peddler shall pay for the privilege of conducting such business in the city an annual license tax of $20.00 plus $0.28 for each $100.00 of gross purchases for the business during the preceding year when the gross purchases of such business exceeds $150,000.00.
