§ 36-126.38. Public utilities; light, heat and power companies.

Every person furnishing heat, light or power within the city, whether by means of electricity or gas, shall pay for the privilege an annual license tax of one-half of one percent of the gross receipts accruing from such business in the city for the preceding year.
