§ 36-126.38. Public utilities; light, heat and power companies.

  • Every person furnishing heat, light or power within the city, whether by means of electricity or gas, shall pay for the privilege an annual license tax of one-half of one percent of the gross receipts accruing from such business in the city for the preceding year.
