§ 36-189.2. Fee for recording a list of heirs or affidavit.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58.1-1718 of the Code of Virginia, the city hereby charges a $25.00 fee for the recordation of a list of heirs pursuant to Section 64.1-134 of the Code of Virginia or an affidavit pursuant to Section 64.1-135 of the Code of Virginia, as provided in Section 58.1-1717.1 of the Code of Virginia.
