§ 37-22. Penalty.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article for which no other penalty is provided shall be deemed guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor, in addition to the revocation or suspension of such person's registration by the city manager or the chief of police, as provided in this article.
