§ 37-88. Application.

Latest version.

Application for original and renewal registration shall be made to the chief of police or the chief's designee on forms prescribed for that purpose. The fee for such registration shall accompany each application for registration. It shall be unlawful for any applicant to willfully omit any information called for on such application form or to give any false information thereon.
