§ 37-95. Same—Term.

In the event of revocation or suspension of registration of a driver, other than mandatory revocation, such suspension or revocation shall be for a period fixed by the chief of police, or the chief's designee, or the judge of the municipal court upon appeal, but not exceeding one year.
