§ 37-97. Same—Surrender and restoration of registration card.

In the event of any revocation or suspension of registration, the registration card of the driver shall forthwith be surrendered to the chief of police or the chief's designee. In case of suspension only, the registration card shall be restored to the driver at the expiration of the period of suspension.
