§ 39-1. Enforcement of chapter.

Officers and employees of the department of public works are especially charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, and for that purpose, are clothed with all the powers and functions of policemen. It shall be their duty to bring to the notice of the judge of the general district court every breach of this chapter.
