§ 39-8. Defacing property, swimming in reservoirs, etc.

It shall be unlawful and a class 2 misdemeanor for any person to deface or injure any property of the department of public works or to bathe in the reservoirs, basin or canal thereof, or to deposit matter of any character in such reservoirs, basin or canal or, without lawful authority, to enter the premises of the department of public works or place any obstruction upon any structure or fixture thereof, or obstruct access thereto, or remove or injure any such fixture, or to tamper with any such fixture.
