§ 39-30. Collection of delinquent accounts.

If any of the fees and charges for water service, sewer service or storm water maintenance for water accounts that were established prior to July 1, 2012, are not paid when due and payable such fees and charges shall be collected in accordance with the collection procedures as set forth in Section 15.2-2119 of the Code of Virginia as such section existed on June 30, 2012.
