§ 39-76. Introduction of fluoride into water system.

Upon receiving a permit from the state department of health and until further direction of the council, the department of public works shall provide the means and proceed with the introduction of fluoride ion into the city water supply in such quantities as are required to maintain throughout the pipe distribution system a fluoride ion concentration as prescribed by the state health department.
