§ 39-79. Reports to council; surveys as to beneficial effects of program.

The director of health shall make periodic reports to council on the fluoridation of the public water supply and shall seek the cooperation of educational and scientific institutions to conduct surveys and research as to the beneficial effect, if any, of the fluoridation program and project on the citizens of the city.
