§ 40-3. Ticket as to quantity, etc.; procedure when deficiency is suspected.

In transporting wood as referred to in section 40-2, the seller, his employee or agent, shall send with each vehicle a ticket on which shall be written in ink or indelible substance the quantity by cord measurement of the wood contained in such vehicle, the name and address of the seller, and the name and address of the customer. Such ticket shall be handed to the purchaser or his representative on delivery.
