§ 40-4. Delivery, etc., of quantity less than shown on ticket.

No person, firm or corporation, or any agent or employee thereof, shall dispatch or transport or deliver to any customer an amount of wood, as referred to in section 40-2, of less quantity than that shown on the ticket accompanying the same.
