§ 5-7. Penalty.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be deemed guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor, in addition to the revocation or suspension of such person's certificate or permit by the city manager or his designee as provided for in this chapter.
