§ 6-18. Hours of operation.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any bowling alley within the city or to keep such place of business open, or permit his bowling alley to be used between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. No person shall operate a bowling alley without first obtaining a permit as required by section 6-71 of this chapter and shall comply with the provisions of sections 6-72 through 6-80 of this chapter. The provisions of this section shall apply to both the owner and operator of a bowling alley.
