§ 6-64. Hours of operation.

It shall be unlawful for any person owning, managing or operating a commercial recreation center to keep open or operate a center on any day between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. It shall be unlawful for any person, except employees, to enter the center during the hours in which it is closed.
