§ 36.1-2. Administration.

The department of economic development shall oversee the administration of the technology zone and this chapter. A business firm seeking to become qualified as a technology business must make application to the city's department of economic development for certification as a qualified technology business and to qualify for incentives. The department of economic development shall determine if an applicant is a qualified technology business.
