§ 40-2. Sale to be by cord or proportional part.

Latest version.

No person, firm or corporation, or any employee or agent thereof, shall sell or offer for sale, or transport by vehicle for the purpose of sale, within the city, any stick or long wood, sawed and block wood, to be used as fuel, except by the cord or its proportional parts.
